Research Interest

My research has been focused on the transport properties in 2D material heterostructures and devices. To be more specific, my expertise lies in the following fields: (1) Develop ultra-clean 2D materials heterostructures and devices based on exfoliation, transfer techniques and nanofabrication. (2) Engineer electrical and magnetic properties in novel 2D magnets and films via electric field effect and ionic liquid gating. (3) Explore spin wave transport phenomena in 2D magnet using nonlocal measurement.
