What motivates you to do/pursue science and/or medicine?
I want to be part of a solution that addresses inequalities in medicine. I know what it feels like to be excluded or underestimated, and I want to give everyone in my care the opportunity to be included and receive equal treatment in medicine.
What does Black History Month mean to you?
It means appreciating the work of the ones who paved the way for us.
