PreHealth Advising

Prehealth Student Clubs

Involvement in extracurricular activities and prehealth organizations is vital for prehealth students as it builds leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, offers networking opportunities, provides access to resources and mentors, fosters a sense of community, and demonstrates commitment to health care and service.

These organizations may offer workshops and events that provide valuable information and resources about different health-care fields. Engaging in community service and volunteering activities allows you to give back, gain experience, and demonstrate your commitment to service. Leadership positions and professional development opportunities enhance your skills and make your résumé stand out. Most importantly, you’ll find a supportive community of like-minded individuals who understand and can help you along your prehealth journey.
